What is the eligibility for CDBS?

How is the eligibility assessed?

  • Child’s eligibility for CDBS is determined at the commencement of calendar year. It is necessary that parent/guardian or the child is eligible to the above given criteria for atleast one year.
  • In case your kid becomes eligible for the scheme during that calendar year, then the payment will be entitled for entire year.
  • If the entitled money is not utilised in the first year, then it is carried forward in the second year.
